I read Breath and was struggling to find a good way to practice my breathing with a watch. So I had to come up with a solution to help me practice my breathing. I now use this simple page to practice breathing so it becomes involuntary after a while.
The idea is simple. Breathe little and breathe fewer. Overall breathe less. Focus on the exhale rather than the inhale. Make your exhale last as long as possible.
